Working for Wates Construction GBE are undertaking the mechanical/ public health pipework fit out works to 724 apartments running over 2 phases.

This project was running to an aggressive programme so the key deliverable is the handing over a high volume of apartments on a weekly basis to maintain sequencing for following on trades and the need for stringent Q&A procedures to ensure works are handed over snag free.
