76 Upper Ground is the refurbishment and extension of an existing Grade II building. The purpose of the development is to provide modern commercial office space completed to Category A finish and retail/restaurant space at ground floor level alongside cycle parking and public realm enhancements.
The GBE scope is for the design validation of the mechanical services along with a full installation of all mechanical services associated with the refurbishment of 76 Upper Ground.
