Project Description

76 Upper Ground is the refurbishment and extension of an existing Grade II building. The purpose of the development is to provide modern commercial office space completed to Category A finish and retail/restaurant space at ground floor level alongside cycle parking and public realm enhancements.

The GBE scope is for the design validation of the mechanical services along with a full installation of all mechanical services associated with the refurbishment of 76 Upper Ground
