GBE are employed to carry out the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical and public health works as part of the new residential development comprising of three blocks from London Borough of Ealing.

Project Lexden and Steyne Gardens will consist of 188 new residential apartments spread across three buildings, one eight storey with 71 apartments, one 20-storey with a hundred eleven and one four storey family block with six flats. The project will consists of 90 shared ownership homes and 27 market sale homes. The apartments in block B will integrate a passivhaus design meeting the highest standards in sustainability. The shell and core aspect of the project will consist of three mechanical plantrooms, a LV plantroom and a generator room. A dry riser in Block A and a wet riser in Block B. Twelve air source heat pumps are located on the Block A roof.
