Project Description
36-38 Berkeley Square is new development office space split over nine-upper storeys with terrace gardens. It also boasts flexible retail and/or office space at ground and lower ground floors.
During the design and construction phase of this project, GBE have utilised the following methods of off-site manufacturing and prefabrication.
- Basement plantrooms fully modularised to reduce traditional programme and make use of limited mole hole access.
- Multiservice Risers fully manufactured offsite – click here for video examples of Vent riser.
- Mechanical Risers manufactured off site.
- All floors constructed using the GBE Kit of Parts approach.
- All electrical risers constructed off site.
