Engaged by Mace GBE provided a true partnership and delivered the vision of a fully off-site modularised project. Fabricating remotely in excess of 800 multi service modules, all of which were delivered and installed by the GBE project team. Additionally GBE undertook the installation of fit out floors and complete refurbishment and fit out of Billiter Street (a listed building kept and incorporated into the new development).
